It’s Primary feature was faster and more methodical access to Resume’s of Job seeking Candidates, their Profile containing their Experience, Industry, Qualifications, Technical certifications and Skillset searching which allows Employers or Job consultants to search for Professionals with experience in a specific Skill area , the Secondary skillsets involved , Platform used and the Individual Experience for each particular skillset thus allowing the users of this System to search for a Professional with multiple SkillSets .This Recruitment also allows you to upload a person’s Resume into a shared space in the Server with the Link being maintained in the Database.

Details
This Server Side Program was created using ASP for searching
of information inside a database. It performs OR (any)
, AND (ALL) and PHRASE searching .The Connection was made
using OLEDB interface to an ACCESS Database.
Features
the ASP program is also supported by a Javascript Validation
code that does not let incorect data to reach to the server. If
unformatted data is found then the unusable data is automatically
truncated at the client – side which saves validation code to
